BalticWORKS Programs
Baltic Street’s commitment to empowering individuals through employment has profoundly transformed. We’ve transcended the boundaries of the old to embrace a new, dynamic approach—the Ticket-to-Work Employment Network model. In this monumental shift, we proudly reintroduce ourselves as Baltic Works, a name that resonates with boundless potential and endless possibilities.
At the heart of this evolution lies our unwavering dedication to evidence-based practices, with the Individual Placement and Supports model as our guiding light. This change signifies more than just a rebranding; it’s a pledge to usher in a brighter future where employment is not just a means to an end but a pathway to empowerment, dignity, and self-sufficiency.
In this transition, eligibility criteria have evolved, reflecting our commitment to fostering financial self-sustainability. Participants must be on either Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability (SSD) to be eligible for services. Furthermore, participants must aspire to earn above the Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA) within three years of obtaining their Ticket-to-Work, which currently stands at $1,220 per month. This criterion underscores the program’s core mission: to guide participants onto the road to financial independence, freeing them from the constraints of dependency on benefits. Baltic Works is not merely a name change; it’s a promise of transformation. Let us explain how big this change is and what it means for you:
