Bridger Programs

Baltic Street AEH believes that individuals can and do thrive with mental health lived experience. The Bridger Program offers personalized peer support services and links with community agencies to assist participants with achieving their goals. Peer Bridgers share their lived experience to connect with participants and assist with discharge planning to provide a successful transition back into the community. We assist with entitlement applications such as SNAP, SSDI, reduced fare MetroCards, and more. We also help with employment and legal service referrals.
